Dinner Buffet + 1 Drink + Welcome Sparkling Wine Dinner buffet with a drink and a welcome glass of sparkling wine.

Appetizers: Traditional platter with 24-month Parma ham, coppa piacentina, and salami milano, Caprese skewers, Smoked salmon and its crostini, Vegetable flan with Taleggio cream, Margherita cubes and Genoese focaccia, Mixed vegetable fritters, Cotechino and lentils

First Courses: Champagne risotto or Conchiglioni pasta with cream and salmon

Second Courses: Roast veal and potatoes with truffles or Salmon in bella vista with its three sauces

Desert: Panettone and pandoro

Drinks not included. 1 bottle of wine for every 4 people and 1 bottle of water for every 2 people

Entrance at 8:00 PM; guests must arrive by 8:30 PM for dinner. Free access to the Club after dinner.
