Aperitif
Slightly spicy tropical oyster, with mango, Tropea onion, peppers, lime. Accompany it with a glass of Ferrari Trento doc.
Appetizers
Picanha meatballs with saffron cream.
Polenta discs with shredded meat in its own sauce and crispy black cabbage.
Mini meat slices.
First
Assado ravioli sautéed in artisanal butter.
Second
Sliced picanha with sautéed potatoes.
Sweet
Pavlova: meringue with red fruit custard and passion fruit.
Lentils and cotechino at midnight.
1 bottle of wine for every 4 people.
