We can accommodate large groups of friends and families with children in our bright and spacious “divine terrace”, and we can satisfy the needs of the most romantic in the tranquillity and elegance of the first-floor dining room, “la rosa dei beati” (the rose of the blessed).

GOURMET DINNER MENU
STARTERS
– Two tartares: the first made with Piedmontese Fassona beef with stracciatella di burrata, Taggiasca olives and taralli crumble, and the second made with yellowfin tuna with lime and pomegranate citronette;
FIRST COURSES
– Carnaroli risotto with a hint of lemon from the coast and scampi tartare;
– Fresh pasta lasagne with porcini mushrooms and veal ragù;
MAIN COURSE
– Roast veal stuffed with speck and scamorza cheese on a bed of pumpkin cream;
DESSERT
Panettone and Pandoro accompanied by: mascarpone cream, hazelnut cream and pistachio cream;
